3D-Bioprinted......Premium Beef?

Steakholder Foods (NASDAQ:STKH), an Israel based deep-tech food company, has unveiled the first-of-its-kind highly marbled 3D-printed cultured beef cut.

The meat, which is made from the cells of a real animal, leverages their bioprinting technology to allow for marbling control and a feel that is nearly identical to animal meat.

This level of breakthrough in technology is on the leading edge of the 'lab grown meat' phenomenon, which is expected to be soon approved by the FDA.
